Nursery Department
Our goal is to give your child a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning.”
We provide a program that follows the way God intended children to learn by promoting learning activities that stimulate their emotional, physical, spiritual, and individual academic growth. Combining these elements, your child will have a strong, holistic foundation
Children learn best when they feel safe and nurtured. Consulting with parents and caregivers, we work together to develop a secure, happy child ready to learn. Our programs begin at age two and continue on till your child is ready for success in the Junior Department. Our staffs are well trained and participate in ongoing training.
To assure a child is fully prepared to enter the Junior Department, our lessons follow a year-long plan so that all areas required for entrance are covered.
Reports are sent to parents at the end of each grading period, and regular meetings are held with parents and caregivers. We promote planned learning stages that are age appropriate.
We are non-judgmental and have high respect for individual, cultural and linguistic diversity.
Above all, here at Morning Glory MCDC our holistic learning environment gives children a chance to explore their individuality through worship, music, movement education, reading, language arts, math, social studies and science.
Junior Department
Students in junior department school are on an adventure to learn about themselves, the world around them and their place in their community.”
The Morning Glory MCDC junior department school program spans grades 1 to 6. Teachers work together and support a team atmosphere where pupils practice skills in communication, cooperation, and integrity.
